Retention Program Tiers
Tier 1 creates is the baseline and foundational concept of what the program offers. Progressive rising tiers include all the previous tier inclusions, plus additional (or more frequent) content, features and accessibility.
Higher tier options aren't necessarily better suited for a bigger population or higher attrition level, but fit certain situations. The more in depth the implementation, the greater the drop in retention potential.
Tier 1 - Foundation

You find out exactly why people that do leave are leaving, and you get a plan to distribute to your management team.
Suited best for organizations with healthy attrition, wanting to prevent escalation, and/or with an anticipated survey population of 25-75
Tier 2 - Guided

RHWC works directly with the managers who have to make the changes instead of working through a single overseeing manager.
Suited best for organizations with healthy to mildly concerning attrition (12-15%), and/or with an anticipated survey population of 25 to 150.
Tier 3 - Managed

RHWC holds the accountability cadence, implementing more frequent accountability sessions, along with additional tools for action holders to utilize for spotting early exit signals and effective communication tools.
*Most commonly recommended*
Suited best for organizations with concerning attrition (13-19%), and/or with an anticipated survey population of 75 to 150.
Tier 4 - Integrated

All of the previous inclusions in previous tiers, plus your workforce in the room multiple times throughout the program for direct feedback to implement more frequently throughout the program.
Suited best for organizations with critical attrition (18%+), and/or with an anticipated survey population of 75 to 150.
Tier 5 - Embedded

All of the previous inclusions in previous tiers, plus additional accessibility for your action holders and more frequent workforce listening sessions and refining potential.

The tier breakdown is for reference only - the tiers availability and appropriate fit will be discussed and determined at your consultation.
